Welcome to Christy Graessle Coaching LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, www.christygraesslecoaching.com, and your purchase and use of coaching services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Coaching clients are also subject to the terms of their individual Coaching Agreement. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a signed Coaching Agreement, the signed Coaching Agreement will govern the coaching relationship.

Coaching Services

Christy Graessle Coaching LLC provides professional coaching services designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, resilience, clarity, and meaningful personal or professional change.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership that supports clients in exploring their goals, perspectives, choices, and potential actions.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, or financial advice.

Although our coaching approach may incorporate trauma-aware principles, coaching does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from licensed healthcare or mental health professionals.

Clients experiencing significant mental health concerns or requiring clinical support are encouraged to seek assistance from appropriately qualified professionals.

Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process, and clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

By participating in coaching services, clients acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for determining which actions, if any, to take following coaching conversations.

• They are responsible for their personal well-being and for seeking appropriate professional assistance when necessary.

• Coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation, and actions.

• The Coach does not make decisions on behalf of clients.

No Guarantees

Coaching can support meaningful personal and professional development; however, individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Christy Graessle Coaching LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific results, achievements, personal transformations, professional advancement, financial outcomes, or other benefits arising from coaching services.

Testimonials and examples shared on this website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our designated booking system or by mutual agreement.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered completed and may be charged in full.

We understand that emergencies occasionally occur and may make exceptions at our discretion.

Additional scheduling provisions may be included in an individual Coaching Agreement.

Payments, Packages, and Refunds

Payment is due before scheduled coaching services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Coaching services may be purchased individually or as part of a coaching package, according to the offerings available at the time of purchase.

Payment plans may be offered for certain services. When a payment plan is selected, the client agrees to the payment schedule and terms presented at the time of purchase or specified in the Coaching Agreement.

All coaching fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship in accordance with the signed Coaching Agreement. Any refund of unused prepaid services will be handled according to that agreement and applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend future coaching sessions when agreed-upon payments remain outstanding.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect the confidential nature of coaching conversations and take reasonable measures to protect personal information shared through our website and coaching services.

Information shared during coaching is handled according to our Privacy Policy, applicable legal requirements, professional ethical obligations, and the individual Coaching Agreement.

Confidentiality is subject to certain limitations, including disclosures required by law or circumstances involving serious safety concerns.

Coaching relationships do not generally carry the same legal privileges as certain healthcare or attorney-client relationships.

Artificial Intelligence and Technology

Christy Graessle Coaching LLC may use technology, including Zoom's AI-assisted features, to support scheduling, communication, coaching session documentation, and administrative activities.

AI-assisted meeting summaries, transcription, and related documentation are used only with appropriate client notification and consent.

Clients may decline optional AI-assisted session documentation without losing access to coaching services.

Zoom meeting summaries, transcripts, and recordings are configured for automatic deletion after 30 days, subject to Zoom's technical functionality and applicable retention requirements.

AI-generated documentation is intended to support administrative efficiency and coaching continuity. It does not replace the Coach's professional judgment or the personal coaching relationship.

Intellectual Property

All original content, materials, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, written resources, graphics, and other materials provided through this website or coaching services remain the intellectual property of Christy Graessle Coaching LLC unless otherwise indicated.

Clients may use materials provided to them for their own personal, noncommercial purposes.

Materials may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, published, modified for redistribution, or used commercially without prior written permission.

This includes proprietary coaching frameworks, methods, and branded materials developed by Christy Graessle Coaching LLC.

Website Use

The information provided on this website, including blog articles, educational content, coaching resources, and other materials, is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Termination of Services

Either the Coach or Client may terminate the coaching relationship in accordance with the individual Coaching Agreement.

We reserve the right to discontinue or decline services when appropriate, including when the coaching relationship is no longer suitable, professional boundaries cannot be maintained, or contractual obligations are not fulfilled, subject to applicable law.

Any outstanding payments or refund considerations will be addressed according to the signed Coaching Agreement and applicable legal requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles, except where other laws are required to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the website after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to an existing signed Coaching Agreement will be handled according to that agreement and will not be imposed solely by updating these website terms.
