Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

No Guarantees
While coaching can be a powerful tool for personal growth and change, results vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and actions. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Client Responsibility
Clients understand that coaching is a partnership and that they remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, health, well-being, and decisions during and after coaching sessions.

Scheduling and Cancellation
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking system.

Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Intellectual Property
Any materials, worksheets, exercises, resources, or content provided through coaching services or this website remain the property of Christy Graessle Coaching LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Website Use
The content on this website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that could harm the website or its users.

Limitation of Liability
